Shouldn’t there be a distinction between the person writing the code and the person who chooses to use the code? An engineer shouldn’t be responsible for knowing the law and doesn’t have access to corporate lawyers that executives do. You

I know Tesla likes to tout a best in class crash rating. It just isn't true for the Model S. The Model S gets a "A" for acceptable on the front small overlap test from the IIHS. The highest grade is a "G". http:&#

The Falcon wing doors were a mistake. Not having a manual way to open the door is also a mistake. I'm not sure if these people deserve compensation but there should be a way to open the doors manually without relying on hydraulics.

Is the battery held in by friction and the connector? If so does it ever fall out? How do you deal with the lightning port being used the headphone jack?
