The second part means that if I have enough money that I could potentially give it to a charity, I won't. I will buy my children something, or I will help my friends in need. > Why not focus on yourself only? Because I will help tho

I don't give to charities or homeless people. I live by the old saying, "Charity begins at home." If I can afford to help strangers then I can afford to help my family and friends, who are more important to me.

Agreed. I use an HP Chromebook 14 with an Ubuntu chroot as my main machine, and I love the Chromebook, but I have no love for Chrome OS. It's just too damn limited to be appreciable.

Due to the massive amounts of tutorials, Stack Overflow questions, libraries, projects, etc. all written in/about Objective C for iOS and OS X, I personally would not start anywhere else.

Usually explaining that paying me £x per day works out the same or just a little more than the equivalent salary for a full time developer, works ok. If they still complain after that then I usually don't take them on unless I'm d

I struggle with it too. Sometimes there's loads of work then sometimes none. There's plans to start that never materialise. They always think you're too expensive. And they're always SO persnickety with their damn PSD la

I really love my HP Chromebook 14. It comes with 4GB of RAM and the RAM is upgradeable. I've installed an Ubuntu chroot which had no issues with wifi/trackpad/etc. I'm on 13.10 but the new version is supported too. Every

It's only 'going away' in regards to new car models. There's many millions of second hand cars on the roads all over the world that could facitate an aftermarket double-DIN unit.

I'd like to see this available in a double-DIN sized unit that could be fitted in any car. Instead of it only being available in 2014+ cars.

In running your own freelancing/consulting business full time, I think you can't be expected to be available to clients full time. You need to leave time to do other essential work such as sales, marketing, accounting, etc.

I think I'm going to buy the new game. I never played it when I was younger but wanted to and since I've been watching Big Bang Theory box-sets I've really wanted to!

I'd like to have: 1) Device testing without a dev account or jailbreaking. 2) Xcode on Windows and Linux. I don't think these are unreasonable!
