Timeline has been up and down since this morning (utc+11) and still is seemingly unusable for me. Probably a good thing for my productivity since it’s my first working day back for 2023.

Long time lurker, seldom poster, thanks Dan G! As a mod for one of the bigger tech subreddits, I take queues from your moderating style. Peace! And happy holidays!

My partner and I had a big night at a friends engagement party and we drunkenly stumbled upon the fact that we have a shitload of laundry to do and wished there was an Uber for dirty laundry. Someone better do this, otherwise I will!

Unless we’re talking about climbing, weight isn’t _everything_. I would argue that being able to stay in an aero position (go on YouTube, but essentially, get on the drops, elbows in, etc) for longer periods is far more important, these aer

I would have paid extra for subtitles when I saw Tenet at IMAX. The audio mix made it extremely difficult to follow.

I feel the opposite, the fact that computers were so limited in resources (in the late 90s for me as I am now pushing 40) made it more fun. These days, with all the space, iops and cores I could ever dream of, it’s like playing doom with go

What's with all the comments on that Apple thread where people are saying "I didn't have a grain of cereal, rice, etc between the screen"? Are Macbook screens that fragile now?
