Gmail sometimes does this when a message is reported as spam. It will ask if you want gmail to attempt to automatically unsubscribe you. I assume that the emailer provides some sort of header info to gmail that allows it to do that, perha

He talks about the iPhone as though it costs $199 and doesn't have a service contract associated with it. Of course, the real cost is more like $599+. Makes for a bad comparison, and kind of defeats his argument.

I definitely like this theoretical approach over the Google TV approach, which requires you to be hooked into either Dish TV or to control your cable box with an IR blaster. There's something about that that feels very first edition TiVo;

Such a law that applies only to publications that make a certain amount of money (exempting others) was rejected in a Supreme Court case called Minneapolis Star and Tribune Co. v. Minnesota Comm'r of Revenue, 460 U.S. 575, (1983).
