How would you go about marketing this? I don't know much about the e-commerce site creator market, but what separates you from the competition?

It shows that it has been a labour of love. Kudos! My 2 cents: I would like to have a "View store as customer" link, which shows a preview of the store. I created a single dummy product and tried accessing it at https://memememe.mymmerch.c

How is int*int*int*int*int or even int^5 better than a plain int[5]? To me, the use of mathematical operators * and ^ causes dissonance.

Thanks for the tutorial! Just a small suggestion: Syntax highlighting would make it easier to follow the code. You could probably use a library like http://balupton.github.com/jquery-syntaxhighlighter/demo/

What meaning does the per capita normalization have, other than "n people registered and m people completed it", and in what ways is country-wise data useful?

Great technology, but a couple of things make me doubt if their findings reflect real life. The processed images are patently deformed and unnatural. The whole thing works only if you have a blue backdrop and even then filtering the fingers

Maybe if you bought two glasses and flipped one and put them on a frame? The user could "learn" to look through it just like one would use bifocals.

Though the comparison HAS to be between 2d canvas and WebGL due to IE not implementing the latter, it does feel a tad unfair. Maybe someone with more knowledge could chime in about what optimizations are possible 3D that aren't possible on

This will only work if we document almost everything we do online. A large part of our life and thought process is still offline, so the answer to "what would X do" will most likely be extremely dependent on the situation and context X was

Fair point. But when I jump from 3 km, I bask in the knowledge that plenty of people have done it in the past and landed alive (not that it says anything about how _my_ jump will go). But jumping from 30km, I know that no one else has done

I did not understand everything in the article, but if Haskell has solved all these problems already, why isn't everyone jumping ship en masse to functional programming? Surely there must be a better reason than "It's too hard for programm

Pulling the download links does nothing for users who already installed or upgraded to FF16. Leaving them vulnerable for the one day it takes Mozilla to fix this, without them even knowing that they are at risk.

That the canvas API is implemented with OpenGL is very impressive. CocoonJS [1] (a similar project for Android, as noted in the comments below) seems to have taken the same approach. On a completely tangential note, given that the main desk

Doesn't that make it a kind of chicken and egg problem? Customers don't care if you're going to be around for n years when they are first paying to buy your software. So they most probably will not be ready to pay the premium for your long-
