If you make say 10 relatively simple adjustments to your life like this then it ( at the risk of being boringly obvious :) ) would be 300 a year which becomes much more significant. So learning about them is important or you can't make

I visited the 3 largest Tibetan cities in 2007. Each city had a "Tibetan Quarter". I can't see how this could ever be an independent country ever again.
