Even if there were a PIN code to power off regularly, you could always force cut the power (like pressing power for 10s on a computer). I think this has to be possible by law for emergencies.

I am not sure if this will work for you, but you can move the tabs next to each other and click on a tab, press shift, then select another one and all tabs in between will be selected. Press Ctrl-W and it will close all of those tabs at onc

Telegram allows you to chat and send messages to yourself. The search is decent and searches through the rich text description of links you sent too (so you can look for the title of a YouTube video despite having only sent the link).

I have not seen this at all. In my experience hCaptcha results in the same or equal experience that reCAPTCHA had. Anecdotally my pass rate on hCaptcha is actually higher (reCAPTCHA gets suspicious more quickly and often asks to solve more
