So, let's say I follow 4k people in the example and have a 50% drop rate. It seems a bit weird that if all (4k - 1) accounts I follow end up posting nothing in a day, that I STILL have a 50% chance that I won't see the 1 account t

Upgrading to Tailwind v4 was horribly frustrating as every AI insisted on using v3 even though it technically knew the v4 api.

Well done. After running a few sample queries I seem to get about the same quality answers as I'd get from perplexity, although with more images included. Overall great progress and a solid competitor to other AI search engines I'

Depends on compression, I think 24gb can hold a 32B at around 3b-4b compression.

I don't know much about AT protocol, but afaik, it technically could work as fedi if everyone ran their own servers. Right?

Publishing a website is about as good as writing a book and dropping it off in an alley trashcan. You may have a voice but you won't be given volume or oxygen. X actively drops visibility for posts linking to external sites, and bot ge

While you may be right by academic classification, most TERF studies I've seen and most notable TERF accounts on X are almost exclusively far right-wing, because it is an inherently conservative stance even if the grounding starting po

This feels like another VC/executive "taking a knee" towards the new administration, a vivid trend in the last few weeks. I feel like pg was particularly more left/right neutral just up until this month of inauguration.

Would anyone be willing to compress this down to maybe 14b-20b for us on peasant 16gb rigs?

What do you use for runtime? I've used pgtyped in the past and it does a good job at taking raw SQL and generating the return types from runtime: https://github.com/adelsz/pgtyped

I'd much, much prefer Aide to continue as a CLI tool or as a VSCode plugin. Every fork of VSCode ends up with IDE maintenance bugs that never get addressed and slowly the effort implodes as the bug surface becomes too wide. Do you want

Looking at 3B, the performance is roughly on par with phi 3.5.. not sure where how they gauge on their graph that it is better. Agreed though, I don't think I would switch my 3B model from phi unless Liquid was more transparent in data

This sounds very similar to Fedora Silverblue- immutable OS (rpm-ostree) with rich container support. It uses Debian instead of Fedora of course. Are there other differences though?
