Their support will eventually just end the conversation and block replies if you are unsatisfied. TOS bind you to arbitration but they'll probably kick it to small claims. Overall if you end up on the wrong side of a bad support respon

I know people that trade headlines full time that also at one point had a step count that averaged less than 200 steps a day. They do make good returns though.
