If you are a starting out, you don't have to use terraform, use the console. Nothing stops you from using the managed services in a heroku box either. Need a queue for your API Heroku->SQS. Need storage, Heroku->S3. The industry

So let's look at this situation. It's a shop page, shop.{clientdomain}.tld. Now you need SSL for this, using AWS you need a TXT record from their ACM. You also need a CNAME to your domain (ideally) or to a Cloudfront instance. For

Likely this is using the private network option that mobile carriers have been offering. Hologram has something similar where every SIM is in a private IP space behind a NAT. Now it seems CF can run your phones in their own private LTE/

Credit card processing requires a sponsor bank, and that sponsor bank sets what categories they want to process for. If you fall out of that, or the account gets reviewed a second time and someone thinks it falls into one of those categorie

I get the concern, but a lot of credit card processors will review accounts. As part of a more traditional credit card processing account you provide your average transaction and a max transaction along with bank statements for underwriting

HAProxy also has the data plane api, which is another process that exposes an API that lets you do the same thing but remote and over a rest api.

Kind of? It's been labeled enterprise in the past and comments here suggest it's frowned upon. It still ranks high in StackOverflow's survey too.
