I have both Hacker and Hacker II and they weren't that exciting to play. It's pretty disappointing because we played a lot of Illuminati in college. It's the Illuminati game play with a lot of additional pieces and rules scattered on top, a

I tried to start a company with 6 co-founders once. Never again. More co-founders increases the odds that one of them will kill the entire thing. More co-founders increases the odds that two of them will have a fight and split. Start with 2

I really wish IBM would open up some sort of emulation environment for educational use. Their customers desperately need new z/OS developers but it's hard to break into that space and learn it.

That's my question too. Maybe I'm just old, but 40 gigs is what, about 8 DVD-length movies or 400 hours of MP3 music? All that to display text and colored squares on the screen? I mean, I appreciate that there is a lot to the different runt

All the time, I hear people with ideas and developers with apps where their plan is to put it in the store and hope it takes off. At best their plan includes making a video that goes viral, but they've never done that. If you're targeting a

Student accounts had "." in their PATH by default. I'm sure someone did it to keep students from asking why their program wouldn't run at all. Fun times.
