It’s quite simple really, there’s a wrong group who disagrees with me, and a right one who agrees. Not sure what all the debate is about to be honest.

People have staked their whole identity on the whole thing being a hoax. I have a (ex) friend convinced that billions of people died of heart failure specifically due to the vaccine and the whole thing was covered up, and his evidence is ba

Presumably it will be very expensive for taxpayers if it’s proven, so they are incentivized to deny it.

I learned BASIC and Pascal, and bounced off of pointers at C (went to Perl instead). I probably wouldn’t have learned Pascal without my first experience programming on a Pc that booted into BASIC.

But how does it follow from that that the text and videos can’t be found elsewhere? Because I definitely saw them.

What I’m trying to say, but it doesn’t seem to be coming across clearly, is that the news and videos about the recent airplane accident in Tokyo can definitely be found on places such as Threads. In reply to someone who said it cannot. If t

What does this mean specifically? I’m not on Facebook and seem to be interfacing successfully with the real world, at least as best I can tell. > If you need to do something in the real world it's the only game in town

In my opinion the junior developers are not equipped to guide their teacher. If they knew they were asking to turn an incorrect assumption into code in the first place, they already wouldn’t believe the confident hallucination they get in r

I'm seeing the same airplane incident text and video on Threads, Reddit, and every news website though. I'm not getting hot takes from Twitter luminaries, but I don't really mind.

And it's equally and inversely harmful to junior developers who keep prodding it until it generates an abomination they don't understand that manages to pass the build. People who are learning need help, but the kind of help that

I also agree this is the right way to use them. In cases where I didn't do this, I always ended up with some strange bit of the stack that I didn't use and didn't understand how it worked, and it caused some problems later. B

Isn't it always going to be faster/cheaper to clone the company rather than buy, transition, take over at this scale? If they had anything that you couldn't quickly rebuild yourself they'd sell for over 25k.

A land and expand strategy could maybe help mitigate it, what do you think? Keep the focus on small deals constantly closing, and then follow up to upsell them. Separate spiffs for each part of the sales motion.

Really any cloud-connected device would fit this bill. Many have gone out of business and turned off their backends or changed the way they work in a way that is incompatible with the original purchasing intent of the user. Not to mention s
