I learned BASIC and Pascal, and bounced off of pointers at C (went to Perl instead). I probably wouldn’t have learned Pascal without my first experience program

I learned BASIC and Pascal, and bounced off of pointers at C (went to Perl instead). I probably wouldn’t have learned Pascal without my first experience programming on a Pc that booted into BASIC.
