You still could use bitbucket. It allows to create unlimited amount of private repos with max of 5 users.

Nope. It is running on Linux/Mac/Windows (node.js module). And already has support in all major IDE (Visual Studio, IntelliJ) and text editors (Sublime, Emacs, ..)

The main differences - all layout now responsive so no need to include bootstrap-responsive.css and use row-fluid, container-fluid. All stuff already always fluid now. Second main point - the framework now mobile ready - that mean a lot of
