Yes, and on top of that I use a vertical left-handed mouse. I am right handed but my dad made me switch to driving a mouse with the left hand some 25 years ago. I am forever thankful to him for that :) First, you'll be faster because y

Don't do this. Get serious man, you know what is a PR and what is a demand for a free work. That's what you're passive-aggressively asking for.

The author of marktext will for sure welcome your PRs for all these features! As stated in the README, "Of course, if you submit a PR directly, it will be greatly appreciated."

I highly doubt that paid interviews pay $500/hr, let alone $1000/hr.

I'm interested in your proposal for an alternative. Service Locator? New operator everywhere, used at-will? Something else?

As an outsider, I can't say anything more. I know that US/Canadian developers are in no way guarantee that LGTM feast won't happen but that's PullRequest's policy.

Enhancer for YouTube [1] is your friend. I use it in Firefox but I think there are extensions for Chromium based browers too. [1] http://www.mrfdev.com/enhancer-for-youtube

This is definitely cultural but also personal issue. I regularly tip cashiers, nurses (usually in the form of chocolate or some small gift), car mechanic, hair dresser, programmers (as in monthly donations to FLOSS) etc.

What do you mean by "obliged to apply it"? For example, I very very rarely apply it and nobody is forcing me to create inheritance hierarchy.

Converse is also true - if everything in the architecture can be a free-floating procedure, the system architecture will evolve around this.
