I still feel the best bet for terraforming Mars is deorbiting ice asteroids. They are already available and already solid. Can provide co2 or water depending on asteroid type. Still need a source of N2.

First, I accept that there are cases where extreme specialization is important. I just think these cases are few and far between. The main skill for senior/staff swe is not in knowing or not knowing some technology, but rather 1. Picki

From site: > You can get it in your app store, there are no in-app purchases and no ads. This suggests that pricing the app is the only revenue source. It is very reasonable that the creators aren’t just donating their work.

Three years should be enough for a decent project to go from inception to production. Realistically you will join a big project in mid-progress so three years is def enough. I agree with grandop that 5 years is prob the time limit before mo

If you know 10 different tech stacks you probably have immense breadth and can learn/do new things easily. That’s is incredibly valuable. There is a massive difference when you are learning a new stack for 11th time vs 2nd or 3rd time.

Strange, my Chinese citizen wife got her conditional green card within ~6 months of application (about a year ago, we’ve been married less than 2 years and she took a few months to apply since her status wasn’t pressing). One thing they ask

That’s not what it means. It means there will be things not covered by law, which is probably fine. There is no need for law to be all covering. I posit that the set of things that is desireable for law coverage is finite.
