I have a Pi Zero-based 8 node MPI cluster (4 Zeroes, 1 Pi2) that I set up using 8086 Consulting's Clusterhat. In total it gets about 454 Gigaflops, or roughly the speed of a Pentium 4, or maybe two Raspberry Pi 2s. It's my 3rd beo

I'd say Apple turned around by moving into media distribution rather than hardware. The iTunes and App stores are massive revenue generators for Apple.

I'm amazed noone here has mentioned RetroPie[1]. A model B Raspberry Pi or even a Zero (if you can get one) should play NES games perfectly fine. You can get USB NES controller adapters pretty cheap or some knock-off USB NES controller

The crypto involved in U2F is extremely hard to do in an AVR. There are issues with sources of randomness (I'm currently playing with implementing entropy via Watchdog Timer jitter on the ATTiny85, which appears suitably random but is

Can anyone tell me why this shouldn't be a set of modules for metasploit? I appreciate the effort put in, the python/ruby argument and that the MIPS_LE shellcode for meterpreter breaks on a lot of boxes, but is there a specific re

Key question: Why would I choose this over setting up a chroot on an Android device? My rationale is that Android devices are far cheaper, especially older phones second hand. Something like a Nexus 5 can run Kali Nethunter which gives me a

+1 for Turin being beautiful. I wondered what the tech scene was like when I was there, seems like the town isn't yet spoilt by tourism. I should go back.

I've started putting my affairs in order in preparation to move to Ireland should Brexit actually happen. There will be massive upheaval in the UK if it goes ahead, and I'm not sure sticking around would be my preferred option.

I have to respectfully disagree here. There are bugs in iOS, iPhones and pretty much everything. It would be naive and foolish to think that any electronic device you use doesn't have bugs. It would also be remiss to think that people
