When was the last time you tried that? In the past month there have been a number of newspaper headlines about difficulties in accessing GP services. Eg: https://inews.co.uk/news/health/gp-receptionists-care-naviga

As a counter-counterpoint I tried to use GPT to avoid learning bash argument parsing. The script was buggy. After about 30 minutes of iterating with ChatGPT I gave up and read the docs. The issue was immediately apparent: GPT inconsistently

My For You tab is excellent. But as to the rest I have to disagree. I get the same number of spam DMs, and I don't see better replies to big accounts. They are real people, but they're tiny follower and accounts who aren't re

You're right overall. But I don't think there's any project that needs control over memory that Rust can't provide. Maybe you mean it would be inconvenient and not provide significant benefit?

The title is correct: the CIA spent a significant amount of money to suppress the book. That the CIA was founded shortly after the book was published doesn't make that impossible.

I've only looked into yrs. Unfortunately copying a js API into rust and using unsafe whenever you get a borrow check error feels doomed. > Currently we didn't have any known undefined behaviour bugs caused by [casting pointers

Have you ever tried to takeout a large amount of data across many services? Describing it as a process you do slowly is entirely fair.

This isn't something that can be usefully discussed. "Word" has a vague enough definition that a contraction can validly be considered one or two words. If you try and look to linguistics you'll just see they use special

I would be cautious of a Clever Hans effect there. If you repeat the question until you get the right answer you're providing the AI with significant extra information.

I wish Firefox was as good as Chrome at correlating page visits and network requests. It particularly annoys me if you reload a page with a websocket open you see the logs for the websocket closing right at the start of the subsequent load.

If we don't know whether someone stole money the appropriate thing to do is say exactly that. Not make up something else and say that's what they might have done.

Your crdt library should be maintaining some kind of logical timestamp. I'd put that in your event and use it to order. That way you get a consistent view of time. (For example yjs calls this a state vector. Might also be called a Lamp
