A producer is interested in maximizing profit. A consumer is interested in maximizing value. Both parties may act to further their own interests at the expense of the other's interests.

I've thought about setting up a personal NAS for this purpose. But I'm concerned about having a single point of failure/loss in the event of a house fire or burglary. Any chance you've addressed this risk in your implem
