Yeah, that's the kind of thing I need to hear! I think I am more of an inventor at heart than I am an entrepreneur. But willing to learn! :)

Yeah, that's exactly what I meant. I think the online ML class (Stanford?) is helping to pump up interest in the laycrowd.

Nice! I think I should look into this. I sense that I lack a general understanding of what is really possible with ML. (My current understanding is weighted toward underestimating what is possible with ML).

One major issue I have: thinking that all of my ideas suck balls, and that I need to keep churning out ideas until I find something good. Hence why I'm posting here: you guys can help me see the value in the ideas that I do have. There are

There's about 2 pages worth of ideas in Swedish, somewhere in the middle. ('Cause I imported this straight from my email conversations with friends). Just ask me if they sound interesting but you can't figure out the meaning.

Would like to know more about the differences. Maybe we can start a new meme. Whenever someone talks about their super-duper awesome social ajaxy photo-sharing app, we can snarkily respond "well, it isn't exactly rocket programming..." :)

That's right. I respect ALL competence. What I don't like is to be bossed around by puffy people with ZERO self-insight and INFINITE delusion.
