   Good thing I don't live in the SF Bay Area. I would be way more regretful if I lived there, 'coz it would be a double blow.

   About your first point: a friend who joined in April 2009 and is now Engineering Manager says he stands to make about $10M if the valuation of $100B persists when he gets to sell. I do often think about the non-monetary aspects of my life,
