You haven't read the link you posted though. Every digit appearing with the same frequency means a number is simply normal and it is not enough to get you what you want in this case (as pointed out by sibling comment). Normal number is

Often 'discovered' in this context means 'popularized' or 'made known' to the audience in question. Not neccessarly the very first human who found it

I enjoy late night kebab from some radom shady place after the night out. It's not a great food. But there is a reason that there is many such low-effort places and low-effort/low-cost is the main one - they just need to be good e

Could you share the details (and compilers) of the issues you had because I'm actually kinda curious. From my experience most of the bugs were just a 'normal' bugs i.e. human errors when writing and those were fixable by just

This is a valid and a main drawback of bitfields but in this context bit-access macros would be even worse since you would have pointers to a random uint32 within a struct and good luck keeping track where's what

Bitfields are used a lot when you have constrained resources, in my case in LTE/5G both on modem and bts sides. Every struct's field takes as much as it needs to and you leave rest as 'reservedX'. You never know when a n

I understand that but it was not a vote for Wikipedia users nor it was a vote for Wikipedia donors. It was a vote for Wikipedia and what payment do they accept - it has no impact for you as an user, and as a donor - they made their choice h

It's different in Poland. Here, everyone always complains about the rail and it was shit like you wouldn't believe only like 15 years ago. I've been using trains only sporadically but the improvements are absolutely immense,

I love how the concept of 'platform independent' evolved - you would think that it means you can run it anywhere but almost all software that uses 'platform-independent' code is very platform-dependent Because if you mak

Poland also has 3 months (on the most popular type of job contract). If you just joined you are on a 'test period' of sorts where the notice is 2 weeks and after that ends (3 months as well I think, but maybe this may vary) you ha

So it's a bit better than in Poland then, we have 1.5x / 2x pay for overtime but it doesn't translate to number of vacation days i.e if you work on sunday you may either receive 2x pay or one extra vacation day.

This is exactly how it is in Poland, by law. 150% salary for weekdays+saturdays overtime (200% if at night) and 200% sundays and bank holidays. ~400 overtime hours a year hard limit.
