I'm going to go against what the majority of people have said here at this point in time. I am currently undertaking a Masters and I love it. Each subject is like a small window into a deep research area. I've become aware of TLA+

To my understanding, it is linked to the double pendulum problem. Weather forecasting is hard because it is chaotic. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HPAYf2zpmOo

https://github.com/isubasinghe/advanced-redux-patterns This is Nir Kaufman's code. I think this makes Redux far more usable, it removes the need for thunks/saga etc. Here is the talk: https://www.

I'm working on a search engine in Rust which is unique because it can offer search in O(n), various sacrifices have been made in order to accommodate for this. I also want to support metadata filtering etc. but having some trouble with

I really like Haskell, I do enjoy Rust as well. I really am not a fan of OOP languages, largely because the data flow can be anything you want it to be. When the data flow is linear I find code far more easier to understand. One thing I don

I think University of Melbourne is much closer to the 2-4 year degree. This is a 3 year undergrad with a 2 year masters. I went this route and I am glad I did. Initially, I wanted to do mechatronics engineering but I wasn't entirely su

Only problem with Redux is it can be misused quite easily. The codebase at work has performance issues because of Redux, rerender issues because of reselect (not confirmed yet) and imo very very hard to read code because of Redux-Thunk. The

This is basically my startup idea that I worked on for a while now ( https://aiscalr.isub.dev ) Looks like I am going to have to scrap that entire project now, seems pointless to keep working on it given how similar this is.

Maybe its because I haven't got much experience with PyTorch but I find Tensorflow's API much simpler to understand. Do you think putting time to learning PyTorch will change my mind?

I hate adding extra latency, cold start times meant that for any API that was serving data to a customer lambda is a no go for me. Cold start times, just suck for UX imo. I have one lambda function in my backend at the moment. It is a trigg
