Yeah, the sensor watch [0] also mentioned in another comment re-uses the original screen. [0] https://www.sensorwatch.net/

I don't know if it's that weird. The design of the Deepsea Challenger (in 2012) looks similar to me: a tiny habitable sphere surmounted by a much larger vehicle on top. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deepsea_Ch

I wonder which animal has the widest depth range. Some of the deepest sea creatures would not survive being brought to the surface.

I can't access the article, but how much of the collapse is due to the pandemic and its consequences? I remember visiting a maternity in Berlin, where they had a chart showing births by year in that hospital since its inception. I was

It reminds me of this anecdote [0]: An example is Singapore Airlines' former New York to Singapore flight, which could carry only 100 passengers (all business class) on the 10,300-mile (16,600 km) flight. According to an industry analy

Thanks for sharing. A person close to me was in this exact same situation. Her doctor prescribed benzos for years, and it ruined her life. Not only this, but other doctors flat out denied that her symptoms were being caused by withdrawal. P

So you're answering my question here with a no? "Is it realistic to have an external drive for photos that integrates seamlessly with the native Photos app?" https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=34413791

I was looking to buy a Lenovo Thinkpad T14 Gen 3, and I could not get a better screen resolution than 1920 x 1200. I just checked and 3840 x 2400 is now available. They may have had supply chain issues. But it's too late for me. Also,

What really pushed me towards Apple is that Lenovo offers a very limited set of configurations to us Europeans. No way to get the best machine from them, even if we're willing to pay for it.

As a counterpoint, I had to switch to Chrome because: a) Google Meets was unreliable on Safari; b) the search in Safari is terrible (in one instance it could not find a word that other browsers would).

In both cases, I would pass a similar subjective judgment. Both pilots made a series of mistakes, but such mistakes are made every day, most often without consequence. However, both ultimately saved their plane when it mattered, thanks to e
