For me it doesn't have any interesting feature that would make me use it over Clojurescript. No macros, no functional focus, just the old Java way.

`Prefer .. to -> when chaining method calls in Java interop.` That works if there's only Java calls in your chain. I, for one, prefer to use the more generic threading macros.

I don’t think the problem is money vs games (the X and Y) the problem is time vs games. I have enough money to buy all the games I want and don’t want to play, most of them are very cheap in bundles and promotions, I just don’t have time to

In Clojure you can use schema ( https://github.com/Prismatic/schema ) which does the same thing without needing a separate language.
