The solution there seems to be you only get to profit from your primary house that you can prove you have lived in for x years. Otherwise, all profit goes to the government. That would stop investments and such in a hurry.

Same. I asked my wife and she too thought spinach is high in iron. I was surprised to read that this mistake was discovered 30 years ago. That news sure isn’t getting passed around. We are both highly educated voracious readers and we had n

I had the exact same thought. Prior to the pandemic, I would have agreed with OP. After the pandemic? Well, maybe “mentally disabled or otherwise incapable of understanding” is a good description of a huge percentage of the population.

And that is one of the main reasons I hate build systems. If I have to use a build system it had better work perfectly the first time and every time, never slow me down, and never ever require any fiddling or maintenance.

Sorry, yes, AirPrint stopped working. I know it is on the printer, but I was getting desperate after trying everything else and figured updating the drivers couldn’t hurt. Though, that did lead me to find a Brothers program that allows us t

Brother? No, they do not. Recently Airprint stopped working on our Brother printer. I have tried everything I can think of to fix it, including updating drivers, except... they no longer have mac drivers for our printer.

This is one of the downsides of losing our religion (REM has entered the chat). Churches used to provide a community for people to combat loneliness. We've replaced this sense of community with... well, nothing really.

After I turned 50 I mentioned to my Mom that I still felt like I was in my early 20s. She said she felt the exact same way, despite being in her 70s. That was the first time I realized that the discrepancy between how old you are and how ol
