I have met most of my friends through church. I have a board game group that meets every Monday night (best night for all of us) and everyone there first got to know each other at church.

Maybe this will get people to finally sit down and do some thinking, planning, pseudo-code, etc. before diving in and starting to code.

I attended a high school with 4,000 students and had lots of friends and even more acquaintances. I never heard anyone discuss anything mental health related. Ditto at college and graduate school. Ditto in the workplace until within the las

This is probably a generational thing. I’m GenX. Growing up I never heard anyone talk about being depressed, having anxiety, etc. If someone today started trying to talk to me about mental health issues, I’d probably just have a deer in the

Especially when, as I’ve learned, so few places allow touchless/Apple Pay payments.

That was what originally interested me, except I’ve learned that the vast majority of places I frequent don’t allow touchless payments. I’m at Home Depot nearly daily and I really wished they allowed touchless payments.

I hope this isn’t true. I’m in my 50s and I have never dreamed. By that I mean, I have never woken up from sleeping and remembered anything happening between the time I fell asleep and I awoke. It’s a complete blank. Maybe I do dream, but I
