Failure to communicate is reason enough to call it quits. I'm having the same problem with my cofounder. He refuses to work via phone calls--it has to be email only. I'm in the process of withdrawing my financial investment from the company

I had 4gb up until I upgraded to ML. After 2-3 days on ML I noticed my free memory was around 300mb. I upgraded to 16gb for $65(cheap Komputerbay ram from amazon.com). An 8gb upgrade is ~45 for crucial 1.35V ram. I think its worth it.

"pop version of Herman Hesse" sums him up well. It's intro to spirituality. Paulo Coelho bangs you over the head with his ideas instead of letting them flow naturally from the text.

I doubt warranty is a major consideration when choosing between HDD and SSD drives. SSDs on the other hand have great warranties. Crucial offers 3 years while Plextor and Samsung offer 5 years.

I'm delighted to see that disputes are being solved this way instead of tying up the assets of our judicial system. Remember the days when we actually tried to resolve our problems and court was a last resort? Now the sentiment seems to be

eBay fees are variable. You can pay 25% for a $50 item or as low as 4% for a $1500 item. You can't compare the two easily.

I've had customers "threaten" me with the same. Some people get really unlucky(had a customer receive two defective products in a row and the third time we were OOS). I've never begrudged a customer for sharing their experience with others

If your threat is to tell your side of the story I don't see a problem with it. Ivehad customers do that with me and it's usually because their experience with my company sucked.

That didn't start with iTunes. That was a known hack dating back to my childhood in the early 90s. My 7 year old cousin and I used to do this to get free Pepsi from the "you won a free pepsi" caps.
