I've been using it now for about 6 months now. I used to be a windows user, switched to a macbook pro for 5 years and then switched back a surface pro because I didn't want to spend a ridiculous amount of money on a mediocre apple

Not sure if I empathize much. I highly doubt such a large company looked at that idea, and said, "hey's let's steal that idea!". This was probably in the works well before they tried to buy the domain and they decided t

Yes but in your A/B test you shouldn't be picking first half vs second half. Each visitor should be randomly assigned, so it should mitigate the problem you mentioned.

I'm not sure I understand - isn't that essentially an A/B test because 25 + 25 = 50?

Building on this, you could create a script on your server that requests a random url, then greps that url in your logs to figure out the IP and then add that to the banned list. It'll be an auto banning machine!

I think you're making an assumption here that when they forgo citizenship they get all the good stuff (money) and they don't have to deal with the bad stuff (taxes). Saverin won't be able to make an investment in the US easily. He also won

It's not "out of spite", but it's because they are breaking the law . What Saverin is doing is completely legal, and it would be petty on US's part to not even give him a US tourist visa.

Nice example, but a major pain point I see is dev time. There is going to be significant amount of time being spent making the analytics platform, and then scaling it. It might be better spent on the product itself until it takes off.
