All humans need to start being compensated for all the data they generate that gets collected. Start giving fractions of stock or whatever for all human input which can now more than ever be endlessly productized.

The official rtsp firmware is garbage and outdated and of course still phones home. For v3 I have been playing with https://github.com/gtxaspec/wz_mini_hacks which seems very promising since it allows ssh root access.

Heh. My on site machine is actually a 2008 Dell Optiplex 960, which had 4GB until I complained enough to max it out at 8GB.

Oh how I wish. I would build and donate a machine if it were that easy. It makes it so much worse that I have 96GB of RAM here at home and remote in to 4GB that are probably overprovisioned too.
