There are a few. They are able to do this by using something called Display Stream Compression. While it may be find for some, a lot of us would prefer not to have a diminished experience with a compressed stream.

To be fair, even before that acquisition, the quality had been going down. The biggest jump imo was when they went from making the donuts in-house to having them delivered and just heated at the location.

In some provinces, the sold data is at least available. It definitely helps get a feel for what one can expect to pay in a given neighborhood.

Sure, but the initial assertion was that only the client was open source which is clearly false, so I was refuting that. I did not speak the the FOSS nature of the software.

Not that I particularly think there's anything wrong with signaldctl, but for other apps that employ a daemon/control model, I've always found <service_name>d and <service_name>-cli combo to be good naming scheme.
