I do have a video I made a while ago, but I dropped the ball on starting a youtube channel to publish it. Any recommendations on where I can upload and share a video, preferably one that I could embed in my README.md?

Thank you. I appreciate you pointing this out. It seems like Delve is a popular name for software, which makes sense. I am officially looking for a new name for this software. It used to be called Flashlight, as in "A portable tool to

Thank you for letting me know. I did not know about the Delve MS product. I just recently renamed from Flashlight to Delve. I like the name and MS retired it, so I'm going to try to stick with it.

I am working on a versatile and powerful platform for ingesting, transforming, and searching through structured, unstructured, and semi-structured data. It allows for interactive searches, dashboards, alerts, and more. We are in open Alpha

That's a good portion of what we are going for. I want it to be as simple as possible for users to make use of their data. Whether the data is coming from logs, APIs, files or any other source, it should be simple and straightforward

This is the argument against allowing private ownership of utilities. Utilities lend themselves to monopoly well. The economy of scale allows one company to efficiently become the only source of that utility for an region. Meanwhile, the cu

I would like to piggyback on this sentiment to call out a common feeling in the US (and probably elsewhere). When people are facing jail time, they are usually told to expect to be brutalized in prison by the other prisoners and guards. Put

If the current cost of things is based on exploiting workers, then costs should rise. However, I don't think that's currently the case. The current cost of things is now predominantly driven by how much could be charged. I see it

I hate how the current system is so dead-set on everyone providing every need for themselves while bailing out and subsidizing large corporations. Consumer spending comprises 68% of GDP, but instead of getting some stability in exchange for

I'm skeptical of the impact this will have on homeowners, if you define homeowners as someone who owns the house in which they live. This comes at a time when residential property is increasingly being bought up by commercial interests

I still use Python for scripting simple things and for writing web services. I use fastapi for simple things, but I will use Django for anything that needs a database because it has the best migration tooling that I have used.

I'm more worried about a scenario like Elon Musk buying the company for the data and making the data available to extremists who would love to target people of certain ethnic backgrounds who happen to be in positions of power.
