I was about to say the same thing until I read your comment. 100% agree, for some the line between work and leisure is very blurred.

Seconded. My daughter plays piano, and we have one of these. The YDP line of pianos from Yamaha are very good value, obviously not the same as a grand piano but very very good for a digital piano, and has midi out.

Pickup an issue of Wallpaper, if they're still around.... A design magazine with cover to cover advertising and the occasional bit of editorial content. The advertising is curated and not so in-your-face but it's advertising none

Unfortunately I use them in my day job. I wish they would just release normal "buy it once" and enjoy for the life of your OS/Hardware

This is fantastic. I wonder... could you have a carpenter create a custom frame? The solar panels could slot into channel around the perimeter of the frame and look like part of a design. It would look seamless.

Could you not cut the wires and connector from the existing bad battery and solder it onto the new one?

Why not just buy any old machine and install any headless Linux?

I think you're missing the point. My family in Japan, and their social/business networks, are exactly like this. Detail oriented and loyal to a fault. While they are not software engineers the expectation is to do your best. Some

Same, I've been playing it for about 4 years. I had a tonne of enjoyment just creeping around the map and figuring out how to get onto each tower to unlock that area of the map, finding the portals and doing those challenges. Story wi

I know some recruiters not in faang. From what I've been told before they are likely 'pipelining' talent, essentially looking to always have a pool of warm talent for general roles so when a role is approved and ready to hire

If you can, sit at a south facing window for natural light, you can also buy a flexible wire rimmed light diffuser used for photography. If you can get the right diffuser for your window frame it should flex into the frame and stay in place
