WebGL OpenGL is now available to more people than ever. By an exponential amount. It is supported by all major browsers. From IE, to Firefox, to Chrome, to Android, to iOS, and more.

Yours seems like anecdotal evidence. I've had great experiences without reviews or guides, and also with places that aren't supposed to be good. McDonalds is really popular, but I don't eat there.

Start one? :) It can just be an office/studio that you share with others too. Another option is to find existing companies. For example, maybe a design studio could let you use an office, or a desk.

Does it use the GPU, memory compression, code rewriting, automatic vectorisation, multiple cores, or any other performance techniques from the last 10 years?

Great move. If you just want to invest, and take your hands off, this is great. It means you have less work managing, so you can make smaller 'bets'... err, I mean investments. Also means the team can get on with it, and have to s

heh. Reminds me of agency break-ins in London. All of the Apple gear would be taken, and some of the better looking screens. But the ugly 5 times more expensive PC laptops were left there.

I can't tell if it is using the GPU, SIMD, multiple cores, memory compression/decompression, code rewriting(JIT), or other high performance techniques.

It's well known that caffeine causes a rise in blood pressure. That's one reason we have 300-400mg daily maximum level limit. I find this quite disturbing that your doctors didn't know this. There's a lot of sugar in the

Exactly! Non-technical can also mean no experience with project management. Off shore project management is a whole area of expertise that people take years to learn and perfect. Of course, that can also be outsourced. heh.

Um... not it's not. This article is about using C/C++, and there's dozens of other languages that work on it, if not hundreds.

Firstly, GPUs haven't followed More. Secondly, multiple sha1 ASIC exists. Thirdly, WebGL has made it trivial to gain vast GPU resources. 20,000 viewers for two hours can be bought for $20. Fourthly, I don't care.

Pebble lasts 5 days. I like the look better too. Plus it seems simple, and I like the screen in sunlight better. Plus it works with iOS AND Android - which is good, since I'm a multiplatform kind of person.

Also you get to live 2 years longer... 79.4 for males in France, and 77.4 for males in the USA. Women about 6 years longer in France, and 5 years longer in the USA. You get almost 2 years extra holiday over the working lifetime too.

The code I mentioned is definitely smaller than in the article. It is faster , because it is just a function call. It doesn't create any event objects, or have to go through six layers of other function calls. It's simpler b

In the example from the article we are talking about, it would be easy to mock out the one function call for modules A, and B. There's no DOM manipulation in the article. Keeping DOM modifying code separate is good practice in either

Unit testing has been done with jQuery since it came out in 2006. Rather than one giant monolithic app, jQuery promotes putting things into plugins or separate libraries. What stops you from unit testing function calls? Nothing.

Call me old fashioned, but function calls are pretty nice events. Rather than heaps of code, and weird concepts, you can just implement firing the event into the A, and B models by calling a method on each. Simple! A.getFilteredDays(pa
