More diversity in things like this does improve software. I learnt this at one of the fastest growing software companies in the world. Do men know best what women want? No. Get women involved, and there is a better result. If we don't be

More than 50% of app purchasers are women, so there's definitely plenty of women who would be interested in doing this.

Ubuntu could do better here to have a more representative voting panel. 0% female judges is pretty bad.

I find it funny that it is now shown as www.w3.org/Provider/Style/URI.html in one of my browsers, and http://www.w3.org/Provider/Style/URI.html in another browser. On my mobile it is shown as http://www.w3.org/Provider/Sty.. .

It's great the option is there, and thanks SO much for pointing it out. Now for me as one of the 5-8 tab people, restoring tabs will be a good experience. You get 39 hero points, and 72.55 gold stars. However, I'm of the opinion that opti

Interesting. Putting in the work to just improve the speed is the hard fix usually. But I guess firefox and chrome are fairly optimized for loading already. However, some good heuristics might help. Things like number of tabs, most common

There's definitely different groups of users here. Without being able to spy on firefox users, I'd guess the 5-8 tabs people are a decently sized group. The one tab people, and the 50-400 tab people are probably other sizable groups. The

Table names, and field names are not possible via prepared statements in sqlite. Some language wrappers do not expose the required functions to escape them either. Please see this, just posted: http://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=4061387
