A few off the top of my head: * Use ui-router. Build your app with nested views. * Any duplicate page elements should be directives. Use isolated scope when you can and pass state into directives explicitly * Keep model state in services. C

Hey, it has a cool name and it's made by Facebook. It must be state of the art tech, right? Trolling aside, Flux really doesn't bring much to the table. It's trying to solve the pain caused by two-way-binding by forcing state

Don't forget about Twitter's API and liberal usage policy that made the plethora of clients and mashups possible -- I think this accelerated their growth more than anything. Their API is not so "free" now -- you need to

Not if this is anything more than an academic exercise. Nice effort, but SVG and, to a lesser degree, icon fonts, are better for this sort of thing.

It's only a "game changer" because SF is now too crowded and expensive, so startups are moving to Oakland because it's still close by and a little cheaper.

Designing a system architecture (Monopoly question) and solving a practical coding problem are different skillsets, so ideally you would ask the interviewee both types of questions.

The module system shimming is kind of roundabout. 6to5 generates CommonJS, RequireJS converts CommonJS to AMD, and AMDclean converts that to "regular" JS. RequireJS is really only good for AMD, but since AMD is rightfully dying in

I've written a similar library, also in Python. Things get interesting when you implement __iter__ for collections and __setattr__ for PUT/POST requests. At that point, you start needing a machine-readable API spec (e.g. Swagger,
