Probably not, but the reverse is not necessarily true. It's mostly a matter of taste -- e.g. if you don't like SASS, you won't want to use Foundation.

Stop trying to shoehorn your backend into your web frontend, and treat the web frontend like the mobile one. That means, one single HTTP API to access the backend for both. I bet you already have this for your mobile app. More often than no

If it only does 1080p, you're not getting any additional screen real estate, just huge pixels.

Not at all. If you use LESS/SASS, you can use your own variables and mixin overrides stored in a file outside bower_components. e.g. https://github.com/apigee/ui-framework/blob/master/less/core.

Not every directive attribute needs to be another directive -- it's probably overkill, especially if the attribute applies to only on one type of element. ngValue is an example of dogfooding directives with more directives. UI Router s

Directives and scopes may be somewhat tricky concepts but they are not "bug ridden." Do you want composability? Write a bunch of element directives and nest them -- it'll end up looking almost exactly like React's classe
