Are you sure you have a YubiKey (e.g. a "5 Series"[1]) and not a YubiCo "Security Key"[2]? The latter is a less expensive device with less functionality[3], though still good for arguably the most common 2FA situations.

Funny coincidence, mine was, too. The founder acquired the Indy from his previous employer, and it sat in a corner running DNS. There was a Windows box running a RADIUS server, and a Cisco 2501 router. The main office was also a PoP site

Flea markets as well, at least in the US. At least as of a few years ago, the Raynham Flea Market[1] in southern Massachusetts had several vendors specializing in old gaming consoles and games. On average prices are probably a little high

The Zoom app itself doesn't need admin access. My primary non-admin account on my work Mac has it installed in ~/Applications, and I don't notice any missing functionality. The only annoyance is having to manually extract it
