And by the way, being an occasional smoker myself, and rather a heavy smoker in the past, I know what I'm talking about, and I know the craving it gives you. Nevertheless I advocate legalisation and find it much less harmful than alcoh

Of course it is addictive, otherwise people wouldn't come back to it after the first try. And as for harm to lungs – does anyone really think that combustion products (regardless of what's burning) can not be harmful for human bod

Wow! Sounds great if true... Could you, please, connect me with one of those friends of yours? I'm really willing to go, meet people, make some friends, if possible at my age, maybe, even, try to launch a dev studio. I was also conside

I'm a Russian citizen and have no degree, self-taught, never had a problem, until recently when I was offered a job in Berlin. As far as I understand, in order for a foreigner to be able to live and work in Germany (and that should app

Oh, I see, but I haven't seen that in my experience. At our company it's fairly normal to have a task that sounds like "Investigate..." or "Research..." especially at the beginning of a project, with an expecte

Oh, come on... Is React really that hard to understand? It's one of the simplest libraries I know. I was a self-taught web dev with only about a year (though, quite an extensive year) of JS/jQuery experience when I switched to Re

Not sure whether Slack communities are less or more active, but what I'm sure is that chatting hardly works as a means to convey knowledge. It's neither rewarding nor persistent. I mean, you spend your time for free answering some

I have to commute, but not for long, about 20 minutes by subway and some about 20-25 minutes of walking to and from subway. There're some small buses riding back and forth from and to the subway stations as well, but I deliberately wal

I'd be one of minority, I guess, but I don't mind the new macbook at all. It's a bit lighter and thinner, which is already a nice improvement for those who have to carry it around every day. While using the 2015 model, I coul
