At least they mention that it is source-available, but they still mix "open source" into the mix on their site. It is a really nice and fair source-available license and there should be more of this, but a license like theirs also

I'm not a lawyer, but it sort of seems like the author is breaching licenses for multiple GPL and LGPL licensed software with his "Terms of use and distribution."

I hope someone more knowledgeable also answers, but you could for example try lighter roasts and reducing the amount of coffee to water ratio (You might be using too much grounds).

The whole problem is that you CANNOT effectively serve your application which requires native functionality outside the App Store. So this causes Apple to act as a gatekeeper that can also act as your competitor who can offer lower prices,
