Does anyone have working code for fine-tuning PersonaPlex for outgoing calls? I have tried to take the fine tuning LoRA stuff from Kyutai/moshi-finetune and apply it to the personaplex code. Or more accurately, various LLMs have worked

There is OpenAI gpt-realtime and Gemini Flash or whatever which are great but they do not seem to be quite the same level of overlapping realistic full duplex as moshi/personaplex.

For my framework, since I am using it for outgoing calls, what I am thinking maybe is I will add a tool command call_full_duplex(number, persona_name) that will get personaplex warmed up and connected and then pause the streams, then connec

Only slightly related, but six years ago I was able to run 400 ZX Spectrum (Z80) emulator instances simultaneously on an AWS graphics workstation. https://youtu.be/BjeVzEQW4C8?si=0I7UGU0Xz5WUT4ek

It just about works for our current use case but can't comprehend the concept of an outgoing call. So I am trying to fine tune it. Tricky thing is personaplex forked some of the kyutai code and has not integrated the LoRA stuff they ad

I tried to use Cerebras and it was unbeatable at first, but the client didn't want to pay $1300 a month and the $50/month or pay as you go was just not reliable. It would give service unavailable errors or falsely claim we were ov

My interpretation is that this is what happens when you make a Fox News host Secretary of Defense. I think he is just too dumb to figure out a way to "finesse" the situation so the NSA etc. can use it however they want, or at leas

For the skeptical, I guess we need to create a truly novel virtual machine and instruction set and then test the implementation of that. But anything is going to be in some way similar to one degree or another to one or more real projects.

It seems like the chat demo is really suffering from the effect of everything going into a queue. You can't actually tell that it is fast at all. The latency is not good. Assuming that's what is causing this. They might show some

It's actually extremely similar: the agent has to figure out a way to associate the next logical steps with the (often disconnected or nonsensical) directives the executive gave them. It might be a little easier with a dog though. With

Maybe I have email notifications off. I think it's RAM and server prices globally shooting up. Extreme RAM shortage and increasing hoarding of all types of hardware supplies.

No, I am just assuming that the number of popular movies is not going to increase by 100 X. So say it increases by a factor of 10 somehow. That still requires far fewer humans to produce them and leaves most people without a job or a viable

This is really hopeful and I agree with a lot of the prediction. The problem is that the number of humans needed to produce video games and movies etc. will be 10 or 100 times less. And since human attention can only spread out over so many

Who is actually trying to use a fully autonomous AI employee right now? Isn't everyone using agentic copilots or workflows with agent loops in them? It seems that they are arguing against doing something that almost no one is doing yet
