The whole reason OpenReview was created was to innovate and improve on the peer review process. If you have ideas, reach out to the program chairs of the conference you're submitting to. Many of them are open to running experiments.

Interesting to see that this is coming from ATAP - the one part of Motorola that Google kept in the sale to Lenovo[1]. I was curious to see if they would merge the ATAP group into Google X, but I guess they're going to keep it separate
