"In Chrome, the carousel controls at the top right are cut off. Intentional?" Intentional, it's the same in every other browser. It's similar to Internet Explorer's new back and forward buttons.

Exactly. And here we are just ignoring iTunes, for example. I guess one can expect Apple to deliver the TV of the future given all it's been said about it so things will keep coming on a different segment, just like before.

C'mon, it's CSS, you can easily remove that line with the textarea declaration and you're done leaving it to whatever is used by a browser. Or make it all serif, it's that easy.

I did not downvote you but I can understand it, something changed on one of the most known pages in the world, one which also happens to be extremely minimalistic making any change probably newsworthy. Also, favicons are a little bit like a

Wouldn't that be only for power users? I am very good at Excel myself but it's not part of my job to work with it so I'd say most of the time I use Excel as a quick storage for data and not as a calculation sheet. Grid sounds great for almo

Guilty as charged. Sometimes it's hard, you really think it's a good idea but if it's a side project not generating any revenue then, as much as you'd like to follow the users' sugestions, you just don't have time to (or any other reason).

It's actually worse because with expert-sexchange you can scroll to the bottom to read the answers. Not so much with Quora, right?

My brain algo is something like this: If I know exactly what I want I search in Google and might or might not click on the first result (the ad) since sometimes the ad is exactly the same as the first organic result (and sometimes with a di

There were two replies at the time I started writing this. I actually find it funny how different a city can be for different people. Personally, London quickly become my favourite city (New York City used to be the previous favourite one).

Not saying you are wrong but I usually don't need to stop and think when I see "login" but I always do whenever I see something else. English is kinda easy to understand, even a "pull" or "push" sign on a door is easy to understand but it d

This is incorrect. Google treats each page as a different page (even on the same subdomain). PageRank is per page and not per subdomain. If anyone wants to learn most things about SEO, I highly recommend "Getting to Know SEO" by Andre Kibbe
