I bought one as it makes it easier to control my lighting -- and that's all I use it for. I also however changed the trigger from Alexa to Computer. Which makes watching episodes of Star Trek... interesting.

Everyone will find different things work for them individually, but as a general rule of thumb you need to distract your mind so that it is too busy doing something else to think about work. For me personally, that means going for a walk. T
