I think that working in IT allows you to earn enough money to sustain a four-day week, even having a family.

It's exactly what I'm thinking about lately. A lot of colleagues of mine work 4 days a week, from Mon - Thu, and have 3 days off. It is a HUGE difference compared to the 5:2 ratio. It's not that I don't enjoy my job, but

This is a nice idea as there is a huge void left after RailsCasts hasn't gotten new episodes for a long time. What's a little bit negative is the sound quality of the screencasts, it's really, really bad. It would be a really

What's interesting is that in German, you very often use the word "Bauchgefühl" (literally stomach / gut feeling) as a synonym of intuition, pretty similar as in English. I can't find the same kind of expression in

It has AngularDart, an official port of AngularJS to Dart. Seems promising, will try it if and only if Dart gets native support in Chrome.

That's not a good comparison, show me a video of German police raiding a house while using extreme violence. Not that I'm a big fan of the police, but in this case it's comparing apples to oranges.

When I read stuff like this, I'm really happy that I am not living in the US. It sounds so crazy to a European person, I can't really imagine how Americans manage to normally live their lives.

But there is this thing called timezone support. Even JS can handle it.
