well, on Reddit, for example, which is similar, random users can't flag to hide your comments on threads. You can get downvoted, which is fair, but not have just a few people arbitrarily hide content.

IPv6 was released in 1995 -- that's 25 years ago. If it didn't suck, don't you think we would have forgotten about IPv4 by now. Or do you also have many devices around running Windows 95?

Do you ever configure, type or have to share MAC addresses? Probably not. On the other hand, most devs / technical staff type IPs into the browser and terminal daily.

The problem with IPv6 is that it's a fundamentally flawed design. Which looks easier to input / dictate over the phone / write down somewhere? 220.12.30.01 or 2001:cdba:0000:0000:0000:0000:3257:9652?

That's correct. Generally, when I'm building a business, I prefer not to assume that Google will eventually, at some point in the future, solve the crawling a SPA site problem and finally discover my site. I'd rather get my 7

It's a technology that mostly gets out of the way and allows you to get stuff done, even fairly quickly.
