Maybe I'm missing something... is there a benefit to this over a normal terminal/terminal emulator? (eg xterm, mac terminal etc)? As far as I can tell, putting it in electron would mean that you could embed arbitrary HTML struct

Absolutely! Different tools for different projects. If I'm building a 'real' webapp (as in, something with users logging in and lots of data dependencies) I'll use something like React, but if it's a small project..

It always helped me to be proactive, which meant basically something like a quick status report to everyone on the team (not just superiors) every few weeks, whether they asked for it or not. It's always short, maybe around 3-5 bullet

Tangential question, any tips about using orgmode with a team? Right now I use it for notes at meetings (pretty much all meetings) and translating those notes into tasks with dates etc, but I haven't been able to figure out a good way
