That isn't how VPNs work. Your ISP can see that you connected or browsed to your VPN provider, but once you establish a connection, your ISP can not see traffic that moves over the VPN. Of course they can monitor the size of your bandw

There's a couple of docs on the DO site itself, failing that though just find any 'OpenVPN' server guide and build it on whatever flavour of Linux they build it on using DO.

I'm not really sure why you'd be concerned, 5 seconds of Googling and you'd figure out that Heroku is just a cloud hosting service.

I really struggle to design things in a design app. If I have to design something with Bootstrap I just browse for a bit of inspiration on Dribbble then start coding. I'd love to be able to design things in PS or Sketch but I find it t

Ditto. I use a GitHub webhook on a production branch which securely calls a deploy.php script, which triggers a git pull.

Digital Ocean. It's cheap, easy, has an API and tons of great documentation. The web interface is easy to use, the new floating IP and free firewall (also has an API and UI) really tops it off. Had no real problems outside the maintena

^ This. I did some bootstrap work for a client which almost went as far as to have a mini mock ecommerce store which just displayed 0 stock, but you could click the giant button to get a reminder when it's back in stock. Quick and easy

I've been learning Laravel for some time now and use it for a few personal and work projects, I'm also new to the open source world and yet to contribute much - are you looking for contributors, or are you just on GitHub for the t

The descriptions are slim and there's no screenshots of the product in use, why would someone click 'Go' on a paid plan after seeing barely any information?

Nice project, I was aware MoD had a good presence around Reading as I have friends that work there, I wasn't aware how big a presence it was.

Very important point. In my workplace, often the smartest engineers are so focused on doing smart things, they forget that the data they're dealing with belongs to, or identifies, people. Got to make those yearly objectives/apprai

I think this is a similar problem to that of net neutrality: a majority of people don't understand how the internet works (in any way, shape or form), and therefore are easily swayed by the loudest parties - often the ones trying to ma
