   If we only consider web servers. Mac servers are pretty much required for any kind of CICD for Apple development. Just about any company with an iOS or Mac app will have or rent a Mac server.

   Alternatively, adding some kind of memoization can reduce run time and stack size pretty significantly for some algorithms. e.g. if you're using recursion to compute fibonacci, you're re-computing quite a lot of steps by default

   Injecting and executing code inside an unprivileged process is not very useful.
