I think the problem with online forums such as Reddit or Lemmy is still just the plain old content filteration. The first thing, when opening a Lemmy server, I see is a HC political memes about free-speech... aka. yet another dopamine well.

Its not false advertising, perhaps you could make a case of inaccurate ... but that's just advertising? You are not giving the car the context to provide an accurate estimate. Also you driving style might affect the estimate?
